The Island Home in Topsail

A phased remodeling to improve layout, function, durability and safety of the left-side home. Deteriorating decks, walkways and stairs were rebuilt with vinyl, the door and window frames were enlarged to expand views and accommodate hurricane-proof glass. Underused exterior areas were expanded with new placements of flooring to fill open spaces. For comfort and function, full-size and foot showers were installed.
